A Closer Look

IRAPP is an internal web application designed to bring service requests and daily operations together in one organized system. It connects users, staff, and administrators through a shared platform where requests can be submitted, processed, and tracked from start to finish. With dedicated interfaces for each role, structured workflows, and support for working through connectivity interruptions, IRAPP makes managing requests across departments more straightforward, keeping information accessible and the people involved connected throughout the process.

Built end to end.

IRAPP is a full-stack internal service management platform designed to make everyday workplace operations clearer and easier to manage.

I independently developed the product across the frontend, backend, data layer, PWA experience, and final delivery for the client.

A complete product stack.

01Frontend

React + TypeScript

A typed, component-driven interface built for a clear and dependable day-to-day experience.

02Backend

Node.js + Express

A dedicated server application supporting the product without exposing client-specific workflows.

03Data

MongoDB

A document-based data layer used to support the application’s internal operational data.

04Delivery

PWA + local Linux

An installable web experience delivered and deployed in the client’s local Linux environment.

The work, without the sensitive parts.

This case study focuses on my engineering ownership and the product’s technical shape.

The client’s identity, proprietary workflows, infrastructure details, and source code are intentionally not shown.

What reached the client.

  1. 01

A complete full-stack internal business application developed and delivered independently.

  2. 02

A PWA-enabled web experience prepared for practical use across workplace devices.

  3. 03

What if we built something together?

You've seen a little of my world. Maybe it's time we made something of our own.
